Getting Investment Banking

Getting Investment Banking is a uniquely interactive event designed to provide disabled students with an honest look at the prospect of a career in investment banking. Our daylong event, including sessions on recruitment processes, recruiter skills sessions, panel discussions and networking, aims to help students better understand the industry and allay any concerns they may have in relation to managing their disability in the workplace.

This event is for anyone with concerns that their potential to develop an exciting and rewarding career might be compromised by the fact that they have a disability or long term health condition – visible or otherwise. Or that the kind of long hours, pressures and travel we typically associate with life at a top investment bank, may present a barrier.

The event is aimed at first and second year students who are graduating in 2015 and 2016. You may be interested in a career in investment banking and want to find out more. Alternatively, you may not think that investment banking is for you, but are prepared to keep an open mind.
