The Atkins CIWEM Environmental Photographer of the Year competition is an international showcase for the best in environmental photography and film.
It provides an opportunity of photographers to share images of environmental and social issues with international audiences and to enhance understanding of the causes, consequences and solutions to climate change and social inequality. The competition encourages applications that are contemporary, creative, resonant, original and beautiful.
The competition is free to enter and there are various prizes to be won in different categories – with the overall winner taking a prize of £5000. Photographers can enter up to 10 words – deadline is 31 March 2014 (5pm). Check out full details of prizes and how to submit your work here.
