Two York alumni from 2014, graduates of Derwent College, one of them, the York Award of the Year 2014, have set up a charity called Lauriston Lights, a summer camp for bright disadvantaged children.

Apply as a university student to be a mentor at a Lauriston Lights summer camp in August, designed to improve the lives of 11 year olds from deprived backgrounds.
